Last updated July 20, 2026

G610 Huddle respects intellectual property and expects the same from everyone who uses the platform. This page explains how ownership works and how to submit a copyright takedown notice.

Ownership of your content

Creators keep ownership of the music, artwork, video, and writing they upload. By posting to G610 Huddle you grant us a limited license to host and display that content so it can be shown to other users. You can remove your content at any time.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on G610 Huddle infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice that includes:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • A direct link to the material on G610 Huddle you want removed.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf and that your use of the work is not authorized.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to copyright@green610.com.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, the material at issue, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid copyright complaints will be terminated.

False claims

Submitting a false or misleading copyright notice may result in liability under applicable law. Only submit notices for content you actually own or represent.
